I am a Food Scientist (Kansas State University) and certified metabolic health coach with over 15 years of experience helping professionals take control of their health.

I lost two uncles and my grandmother to diabetes. That personal loss drove me to spend my career understanding why smart, driven people struggle with their health despite doing everything they think is right. The answer is almost always metabolic, and almost always fixable.
